Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
cg33 currently supports transactions via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently supported.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name. Funds deposited through third parties will not be accepted.
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
3.2 Transaction Verification
cg33 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional verification steps may be applied for unusual or suspicious transactions. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process.
3.3 Currency & Transaction Fees
All transactions on the cg33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cg33 does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking service provider may apply their own charges.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at cg33 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A maximum bonus of ৳20,000 will be awarded for deposits of ৳42,000 or more.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement applies to each bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Wagering example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. This means a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 VIP Program
The cg33 VIP program has three tiers. Regular players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity:
- Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7% and priority support.
- Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% and exclusive offers.
4.4 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus must be used within its designated validity period.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once through multiple accounts.
- cg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy

Account Closure
10.1 Closure at Player's Request
Any player may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus portion may be forfeited.
10.2 Closure at cg33's Initiative
cg33 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of the Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Operating multiple accounts
- Use of a false identity
- Due to legal requirements
10.3 Refund After Account Closure
If cg33 closes an account for legitimate reasons on its own initiative and no rule violation is proven, the remaining principal balance will be returned subject to verification. If fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.
Amendments and Changes
cg33 reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
